

All Auger Services employees attend a new‐employee industry leading 2½ day orientation to cover expectations relevant to the Auger Services tasks.
All Auger Services supervisory employees will have completed, at minimum:
- Auger Services New‐Employee Orientation
- OSHA 30‐hour and/or a combination of OSHA 10‐hour training and PLH Group
- Foreman’s Academy or OSHA 20‐hour
All field employees will have completed, at minimum:
- Auger Services New‐Employee Orientation
- OSHA 10‐hour training
- Additionally, at least two employees per crew will have up‐to‐date First‐Aid/CPR training.
Employees are trained and evaluated in the use of equipment and performance of assigned tasks.
